  6. Add tomato puree, dry mango powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Cook until oil separates.
  7. Add cooked chickpeas, salt, and water to adjust consistency.
  8. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the gravy thickens.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

For Bhature:

  1. Mix flour, curd, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add water to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
  6. Roll each ball into a thick circle.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan for deep frying.
